This is an unofficial fan wiki — for support with the game itself (account issues, payment problems, bug reports), please use One More Level's official channels: their official site, Facebook page, or X account. We can't access or resolve account or billing issues from this site.
What to send
Name the page URL and the sentence that looks wrong. If a price, a boss drop, or a screenshot changed after the October 13, 2026 launch, say what you saw in the game and which chapter it was. A takedown note should name the image and the page that shows it.
Where official help lives
One More Level publishes Valor Mortis with Lyrical Games. The studio sites are valormortis.game and valormortis.com. Purchases, refunds, and account access are handled there. A note sent here can correct a guide. It cannot see a purchase receipt.
